1. Who is responsible?

2. Anonymous visitor statistics

We measure anonymously how our site is used: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, which type of device and which language. We store no IP address, name, e-mail address or other personal data. This data cannot be traced back to you.

We keep these details for 36 months. After that we only keep anonymous monthly totals.

3. Google Analytics, only with consent

For more detailed statistics we use Google Analytics. It only loads when you give consent through the cookie notice. Google then processes, among other things, a shortened IP address, your device type, your browser and the pages you visit. We use this to improve our site and our service. Google signals and advertising features are switched off. Google keeps the data for 14 months.

4. Quote requests and contact

When you request a quote or contact us, we process the data you enter yourself: name, e-mail address, phone number, address or municipality, details about your pool, your message and any photos. Your request also arrives by e-mail at info@goproprojects.be.

We only use this data to answer your question and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering your question.

We keep quote requests for up to 3 years after the last contact.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell or rent your data. We only share it with parties we need to run the site: our hosting partner, which manages the site and database, and our e-mail partner, which sends the quote request notifications. If you consent to Google Analytics, analytics data goes to Google. We also share data when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

Which cookies and storage we use is described in our cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights:

• Access: you may ask which data we process about you.
• Rectification: you may have incorrect or incomplete data corrected.
• Erasure: you may ask us to delete your data.
• Restriction: you may ask us to temporarily stop processing.
• Objection: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your consent for Google Analytics at any time.
